So thanks to Facebook I've caught up with a bunch of people I went to gradeschool with. A group of us met up for a happy hour at Schlafy, a local brewery, for drinks last Friday night. Thanks Julie for setting it up!!!

Basement update

Well we are ready for paint!! The drywaller finished up sanding on Sunday and now all I have to do is figure out colors!!!

Busy Bee

So for the last three weeks we've had a ton going on and no time to really blog. Right after my birthday we all got sick and it has lasted until this week. I'm still trying to recover. We are making head way on the basement. We are ready for paint. Now I just have to decide what colors. Even though we've been sick, we really had 2 days worth of down time. My job is getting busier, which is good given the economy. And Jack has been moving a mile a minute!!!
I did have chance to catch up with a few friends from grade school for a happy hour last week. And I also managed to squeeze in a girls lunch! So I have a bunch to post...here we go!

We finally are up and blogging again. However, I've had no time to blog because Jack is sick. We have had a rough couple of days including a trip to the hospital. I'll update later on with details.

computer issues

We are experiencing technical difficulties at the Thompson household and are unable to blog, post pictures, e-mail, etc. Hopefully we'll be up and running this weekend.
