We were lucky enough to join the Nolan's in Branson this year. We stayed at the Tribesman Resort, visited Silver Dollar City, rode "The Duck", and were able to enjoy a much needed adult dinner out...thanks to Grandma and Grandpa Talbot. We took a million pics so I'll keep them brief.
Silver Dollar City: The kids did great. Jack and Megan were able to ride all the "kiddie rides" (Darrell too!) We enjoyed some good "carny" food and defiantly got some exercise pushing the double stroller!
We very much liked the Tribesman resort. It is tucked away, but so closed to everything! So many things to do on-site The condo was perfect for all of us and we were steps away from the pool. Darrell really enjoyed to pool!
On our one bad weather day we were able to sneak in a ride on "The Duck". Jack loved it and was even able to drive! The kids quacked away!
Thanks so much to Dave and Laura for taking the lead and planing the trip! We took our last night in Branson to ourselves and enjoyed some wonderful Mexican food/drinks and lightshow on the riverfront. Cannot wait till next year!
On Sunday we celebrated Megan's 2nd birthday at Broemmelsiek park. Thank you to everyone who made the day so special for Megan. I planned the party around my little ladybug and we were lucky enough to actually have a ladybug come to the party!
Happy 2nd Birthday to my sweet little ladybug!! I cannot believe that Megan is 2 already. It seems like she just turned one yesterday and now she's a toddler! She doesn't look like like a baby any more! I love you more everyday sugar-boo, happy birthday baby girl!
