2nd Ultrasound for June Bug

Today we went in for our second ultrasound for the June Bug. And she finally cooperated after about 20 minutes of "ultrasound tech torture". My stomach still hurts. But she did finally give us the pictures of her heart and all is good. She is growing like crazy, as of today she weighes 1lb 3 oz. Everything is still on track, only one concern, she is laying in breech postion and seem to be comfy there. We'll see if she will turn or not. She did sit still long enough to get a pretty good profile pic and one of her hands...

What we've been up to...

We finally finished Jack's big boy room and last night was his first night sleeping in it. Let's just say it didn't go well. It was a combination of things, but I got a total of about 3 hours of sleep and most of that was with Jack in my arms. So here are some pic's of his new room.

We've also been working on the potty, no success yet, but he's got the right idea!

Jammies

Happy Birthday to me! As my present to myself it's been a jammie day. But I will need to change because Darrell is taking me out for dinner and a movie!! Thanks in advance to my sister for watching Jack this evening, my second present!!! Sleeping in tomorrow, whoo hoo!!!!!!!!

And the Indian lives on...

After time away and apparently some battle, the Indian has made his way back home. With some minor surgery he is back in one piece and ready for his next adventure.

Girl!!!!!!!

Yesterday we went in for our ultrasound and Dr. checkup. The ultrasound tech checked all the measurements and everything looks great!! Our baby girl is right on track and was moving like crazy. She wouldn't stay still long enough to get some clear shots so we have to go back in 3 weeks for another ultrasound, yippie!!! We couldn't be more happy and can't wait to start buying purple foo-foo clothes!!!! Here are some pics of our baby girl.

And just in time for the ultrasound. They say every pregnancy is different and they don't lie. The baby has been tumbling all day today. Jack started moving right away and they say with your second it's supposed to all happen earlier. Not with this baby! Jack moved about week 16. We're getting ready to hit 20 weeks and today was our first major movement. I forgot how weird it feels. But in a good way. We head in on Friday for the big ultrasound so keep fingers crossed that the baby isn't shy!!!
