Thanks to my mom, I survived my first week at home with the kids!(I can't believe I have TWO kids.) Darrell went back to work this week and I was still on limited lifting and no driving so my mom gave up her week to come help. Jack loved having Grandma Abt here to play with, even though we had a few more "time-outs" this last week.
Megan is doing great. She and I both went back to the Dr. yesterday. Meagan is 4 oz. shy of her birth weight, but gained 7 oz. since last week! She is weighing in at 7 lbs 8 oz. So she's moving in the right direction. I was ok'd to drive, but I'm still limited to lifting Jack only when necessary and still need to be careful doing the stairs.
Other stuff: Happy Belated Birthday to my nephew, Nathan! And to my BIL Randy! Happy birthday guys hope it was a good one!!

1 week old!
Megan already looks like a different baby! She is doing well and loves to be held. We are trying to get some sleep, but Megan has days and nights mixed up so Darrell and I are taking turns sleeping in the recliner with her. God love Jack, he sleeps through it all!!! We're coping the best we can and we'll see how we do Tuesday when Darrell goes back to work.

Tomorrow's the big day!
In less than 24 hours we will welcome Baby Girl Thompson into the world! I was planning on taking it easy today, however I already have a list of last minute things to do! I've been to the grocery store, started and folded laundry, and packed Jack for his overnight stays at Grandma's and Aunt Joann's. Still need to bake banana bread and blueberry muffins. And check my hospital bag one last time. I should probably fit in a nap today since it'll be the last one for awhile!!!!! I'll try to post baby pic's as soon as I can. Wish us a quick, painless c-section, and a healthy, happy baby!!!
