4th of July

We didn't do a whole lot for the 4th, Megan's still a little too little. We spent Sunday out at Grandma & Grandpa Thompson's house. Jack spent most of the day running and riding the 4-wheeler with Pa-pa and daddy. Megan and I spent the day inside! Thanks for the great food and oh-so-yummy brownies Marsha!!

Megan update

Megan is growing like crazy! We went back in for her last weight check yesterday and she is weighing in at 8 lbs. 7.25oz.!! She has been eating like a champ and is in a growth spurt! I can barely keep up with her. Tomorrow Megan will be 4 week old and I can't believe that my sweet baby has been here that long!
Jack is doing great too and has also hit a growth spurt! We have jumped a shoe size in a matter of 3 weeks!! I bought him new sandals for summer and he has only worn them for about a month!! What am I gonna do when he hits puberty?!?!

Job

Just got back from my first job interview in 8 months!! Very interested in the job and think I could do really well at it, however I'm not sure I'm ready to go back to work right now. We'll see what happens!

Back to the Dr.

So back to the Dr. we go for another weight check and we're finally back up to birth weight!!!! Yippie! It took her almost 3 weeks but Megan is starting to eat like a champ. We have to go back in a week again but I'm positive we'll be well on our way to a chunky little baby!
Now let's all pray this will add a few more hours to Megan's sleep cycles at night!

Happy Father's Day

Happy Father's Day to all the dads I know!! Megan and Jack so far haven't given Darrell the day off! Megan was up at 5:00 to eat and Jack was up at 6:00. Then Darrell made breakfast for all of us. Actually this is turning out to be a pretty good deal for me!! Here are some pics from today.
