I want to start out by saying I love my son.

Jack has been babbling nonsense for awhile now. It started out as incoherent letters and now you will get a definate "dog" and "Dad" everyday. Last week, on the way home from daycare, Jack and I were talking about his day and clear as day he says "Apple Juice". I got so excited I almost drove off the road.
We read something to Jack everyday. He understands when you ask him to get his toy or to put something in his bucket. He loves his books," Good Night Moon" and "Mommy Loves Me" everyday. So you would think one of these random babbles would be "mommy". But noooooo. All he ever says is Daddy. For the love of God kid, just say "mommy".

We spend anout 20 minutes each day after I get home from work on this new piece of furniture in the middle of my living room!!! Jack loves it!! Thanks Craig's List.
